The NEW Thrane & Thrane SAILOR 900 VSAT from AST is a more attractive, 'always-on' internet protocol based broadband solution allowing ship operators and fleet owners to budget for fixed airtime operational data usage costs.
The SAILOR 900 VSAT is a complete turn-key solution. As a standard feature, the SAILOR 900 VSAT's CMU comes with built-in VoIP adapter and routing management technology, offering owners of existing Thrane & Thrane manufactured Fleet or FleetBroadband products a unique and integrated VSAT add-on solution, allowing vessels to be online at all times with the benefit of cutting communication costs while sailing inside the SAILOR 900 VSAT coverage area.
The SAILOR 900 solution also includes a subscriber management dashboard that allows AST to provide the registration, activation and management of call data and billing.
With an antenna dish size of 90cm and a weight of only 60kg, SAILOR 900 VSAT is lighter and more compact that other Ku-band antennas in its class, making it easier and more cost-effective to install, whilst at the same time offering always-on broadband IP communication ideal for heavier data transfer, crew internet and email as well as the option of multiple voice channels.

Standard Connectivity Options
Choose between three levels of bandwidth connections:
